Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an associate Corporate Staff Accountant in Dallas, an on-site role supporting 4–6 properties. You will work with on-site teams, property finance, and CapGemini to learn month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries while ensuring GAAP and USALI compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management is preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience or internship experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review account reconciliations for multiple properties.
• Complete general ledger reconciliations by deadlines.
• Perform treasury/bank, credit card and tax reconciliations timely.
• Assist month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Coordinate with property teams and corporate departments on issues.
• Ensure financials align with USALI and GAAP.
• Prepare, analyze and present financial information for review.
• Support special projects and process improvements across stores.
