Job summary
MatX is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Manager to oversee vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and supplier contracts. You will bridge Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, and Legal, driving high-velocity contracting while reducing legal exposure.
You will manage end-to-end contract administration, implement standardized templates and playbooks, and monitor milestones and performance across partners, ensuring IP protection and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
- Deep understanding of commercial law, IP licensing, liability limits, and indemnity.
- Hands-on experience with CLM software and contract templates.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute MSAs, DSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SLAs.
- Maintain a centralized CLM system and ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor milestones, renewals, pricing escalations, and obligations.
- Collaborate with Legal to implement templates, playbooks, and risk frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with terms, confidentiality, IP, and regulatory standards.
