Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements, from standard contracts to multi-million dollar solutions. You will own contract scope, guide negotiations, and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with business, legal, finance, and operations, drive negotiations, and advise on risk, templates, and lifecycle improvements to support contract excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex contracts.
• Own contracting process from initiation to execution.
• Liaise among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve contractual issues.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance.
• Develop negotiation strategies with stakeholders.
• Identify contractual, operational, financial risks and escalate.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards and best practices.
• Educate sales teams on contract requirements and processes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates for products and services.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and pricing controls.
• Monitor market trends and update terms as needed.
