Job summary

Entegris seeks a Commercial Counsel to partner with Global Procurement and the broader business to structure, draft, and negotiate complex procurement agreements, with support on sales and other commercial matters. The role will be primarily based in Billerica, MA or another U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience (procurement and/or sales agreements).
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred; IT/SaaS agreements a plus.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and issue-spotting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex negotiations to closure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to Global Procurement and business stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Draft and negotiate procurement, contract manufacturing, lease and other complex procurement agreements; support sales agreements.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and business teams to provide day-to-day legal advice.
• Drive contract template improvements, negotiation playbooks, and CLM enhancements.
