Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Commercial Counsel to guide the Global Procurement organization and broader business in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex procurement agreements at a U.S. location, with potential remote consideration for the right fit.

The role reports to the Senior Commercial Counsel at Entegris' Billerica, MA headquarters and may be based in Billerica or another U.S. Entegris location. Strong negotiation and drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience (procurement and/or sales agreements).
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred; IT/SaaS agreements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise Global Procurement and business stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Draft and negotiate procurement, contract manufacturing, lease, and other agreements; support sales agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide day-to-day legal advice and address issues in active relationships.
