Entegris is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its Law Department as a primary legal partner to Global Procurement and the broader business. Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience (procurement and/or sales).
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech industries preferred; IT or SaaS agreements a plus.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and issue-spotting skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and drive negotiations to closure.
• Clear communicator who aligns legal strategy with business objectives; self-starter.
• Interest in AI tools and legal technology; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to Global Procurement and business stakeholders.
• Review, draft and negotiate procurement, contract manufacturing, lease and sales agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial relationships; address issues as they arise.
• Improve contract templates, positions, and negotiation playbooks.
• Support contract management improvements and CLM system enhancements; AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate across procurement, legal, and business teams on strategic initiatives.
