Cal Poly is seeking a Club Scheduling Coordinator to manage the event scheduling process for Recognized Student Organizations and departmental events across campus spaces. The role requires professional judgment, collaboration with supervisors, and strong communication.

Under the Executive Director of Leadership & Service, you’ll ensure schedules align with policies and provide excellent support to a diverse student body. This on-campus role offers occasional telecommuting as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Thorough, detailed knowledge of university infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to independently interpret and apply a wide variety of policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision, using sound reasoning and initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and other university constituents.

Responsabilités

• Manage event scheduling for RSOs and departmental events for reservable campus spaces.
• Coordinate with supervisors and fellow coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
• Communicate effectively with diverse campus communities to resolve scheduling conflicts.
