Working under the Executive Director, you will coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth operations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage event scheduling for Cal Poly RSOs and departmental events across campus.
• Coordinate reservable spaces and ensure smooth scheduling and communication.
• Consult with supervisors and other coordinators to resolve conflicts and optimize operations.
