Job summary

Twin Cities Spine Center is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time role requires greeting patients, collecting demographics and insurance details, and entering data into NextGen.

You will help coordinate appointments and payments while supporting clinic operations. The ideal candidate has high school diploma or equivalent and experience in medical front desk tasks, with good communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical front desk tasks is preferred.
• Ability to verify patient insurance and demographics.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients and visitors in a respectful and helpful manner.
• Enter demographic and insurance information into the billing system.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays/payments.
• Educate patients on the patient portal and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate interpreter services and assist staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel to remote sites as needed.
