Qualifications

• Experience in multitasking and handling sensitive information with excellent service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and good listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet department metrics and quality indicators.
• Willingness to learn laboratory terminology and adapt to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer service on calls, email, and messages using iCARE guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership as needed.
• Maintain high-quality service while managing call volume with speed and accuracy.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures and participate in training.
• Support calls and transactions with professional demeanor and accurate information.
• Achieve personal metrics and respond to a rotating holiday/schedule roster.
