Job summary

TriCore, New Mexico’s largest laboratory, seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional service to patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers from our Albuquerque office. After 8–12 weeks of onsite training, remote work may be considered based on performance and business needs.

The role requires effective communication, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage calls, emails, and written inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to type accurately and quickly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn laboratory terminology.
• Proficient with computers and multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support on incoming calls from customers using iCARE guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership as needed.
• Maintain department metrics and strive to meet quality indicators.
• Participate in training and achieve competency with systems after onboarding.
• Work with other teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
