TriCore is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist in Albuquerque, NM to provide exceptional service to patients, physicians, providers and internal customers. The role starts with on-site training for 8–12 weeks, after which remote work may be possible based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include handling calls via iCARE guidelines, accurate communication, and maintaining professional service levels.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing test of 4,000–5,999 keystrokes required.
• Ability to learn laboratory terminology.
• Experience in customer service preferred? (stated in general requirements)

Responsabilidades

• After training, demonstrate proficiency with various applications, websites and functions.
• Provide first-level support on incoming calls using iCARE guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership as needed.
• Monitor department metrics and quality indicators to meet goals.
• Read and follow all department policies and procedures.
• Maintain eligibility by meeting metrics for 10 of 12 months.
• Perform other assigned duties to meet customer needs.
