Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join the Commercial General Liability team. The role offers a hybrid work model with occasional in-office attendance, based out of Schaumburg, IL, and flexibility to work from a preferred location.

You will manage multi-party CGL claims with moderate to high exposure, perform litigation management, and collaborate across teams to deliver a customer-focused claims experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of Claims/Insurance experience, or Zurich credential.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products; Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-party Commercial General Liability claims with moderate to high exposure and complexity.
• Demonstrate strong litigation management and collaborate in a team environment.
