Job summary

Huntington Commercial Bank in Cincinnati, OH seeks a seasoned leader to manage a team of Sales Coordinators handling loan and lease transactions in the Asset Finance division. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while driving efficiency and risk controls across the transaction lifecycle.

The role partners with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk, and Compliance to ensure accurate, timely closing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in banking operations with management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with loan and lease documentation and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators overseeing preparation, management and closing of loan and lease transactions within Asset Finance.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk and Compliance to process transactions through documentation and closing.
• Drive strategic process improvement and operational excellence across the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT Product team to identify, prioritize and implement system enhancements and automation.
