You will recruit, train, develop, and coach staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies. Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience in banking operations/financial services industry including management/supervisory experience.

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators overseeing the preparation, management and closing of loan and lease transactions.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk and Compliance to support transactions through documentation and closing.
• Drive strategic process improvement and operational excellence across the Asset Finance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT Product team to identify and implement system enhancements and automation.
• Deliver a high-quality experience for internal partners and customers.
