Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of Sales Coordinators who oversee loan and lease transactions in Asset Finance.

You will recruit, train, coach, plan careers, and manage performance while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk, Compliance and IT Product teams to drive process improvements, automation, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years’ experience in banking operations/financial services, including management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Coordinators overseeing the preparation, management and closing of loan and lease transactions.
• Partner with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk, Compliance, Sales and Operations to support transactions through documentation and closing.
