Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years of contracts experience or related business experience

Responsibilities

• Enter transaction data in the front-end system and review details prior to documentation.
• Ensure ownership interest or security interest is perfected via UCC filings or appropriate searches.
• Prepare transaction documentation packages for approved requests and coordinate cross‑department efforts.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with policy and procedure; coordinate approvals as needed.
• Understand product, pricing and documentation structures; identify issues and propose resolutions.
• Identify items needed to prepare transactions for funding and follow up with clients as needed.
• Maintain adherence to departmental performance metrics and SLAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
