Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for loan and lease transactions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, Sales and Operations to support transactions.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across the Asset Finance lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and adherence to policies in closing transactions.
