Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for the preparation, management and closing of loan and lease transactions within the Asset Finance division.

The role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk and Compliance, and a focus on process improvement, controls, and delivering high-quality experiences for internal partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in banking operations/financial services industry including management/supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for prepaation, management and closing of loan and lease transactions.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Credit/Underwriting, Quality Control, Risk and Compliance to move transactions through documentation and closing.
• Drive strategic process improvement and operational excellence across the Asset Finance lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT/Product teams to implement system enhancements and automation.
• Deliver high-quality experiences for internal partners and customers.
