RPMGlobal seeks a Finance Operations Analyst – Accounts Payable in Clearwater, FL. This role supports AP and Oracle ERP integrity, performing financial analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments.

The candidate should have strong ERP and Excel skills, with extensive accounting/finance support experience. Some remote work is available, and collaboration across departments will optimize AP workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of semi-professional accounting or finance support experience.
• Associates degree in accounting or related field with 3 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience in accounting/finance.
• Master’s or higher degree or equivalent combination.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including emergencies or disasters.

Responsibilities

• Pre-audit of complex invoices and construction pay applications.
• Research AP items from bank reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain signature authorization forms and update AME.
• Audit spending in the Sunshine.
• Assist with monthly balancing.
• Assist with testing and special projects.
• Troubleshoot system problems.
• Review and maintain vendor records.
• Support workflow within the department.
