Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in case management, disaster case management, or grant/government programs.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and work as part of a team to deliver expert services.
• Oversee the eligibility unit and supervise Eligibility Specialists with production focus.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and ensure data confidentiality.
• Ensure high-quality service for applicants and manage program performance reporting.
