Job summary

Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC seeks an Eligibility Program Manager to oversee daily eligibility operations, ensuring compliant and timely determinations for the Indiana program. You will supervise Eligibility Specialists, QA Analysts, and related roles, delivering training and performance coaching to ensure high standards and efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong case management expertise, budget awareness, and proven ability to work across teams within government-funded housing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in case management, financial management, accounting, application processing, grant-funded or government programs or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management tools.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and collaborate with a team to deliver expert services.
• Lead, supervise, and support Eligibility Specialists and QA Analysts as needed.
• Deliver training, coaching, and professional development to staff.
• Oversee determinations and appeals for timely, accurate processing.
• Monitor metrics and service standards to support goals.
• Develop procedures and workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Conduct QA reviews and address compliance issues.
• Serve as escalation point for complex eligibility matters.
• Maintain records of escalations, complaints, and appeals; support reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet program objectives.
