Job summary

Tidal Basin seeks an Eligibility Supervisor to oversee the Eligibility Unit for the Indiana Disaster Relief Fund program. This remote, temporary role focuses on production, compliance, and guiding a team of Eligibility Specialists to process applications efficiently.

You will manage workflow, develop reporting tools, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality service for applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; OR 3+ years in case management or disaster-related programs
• Experience managing a team of professionals
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight within the eligibility unit and collaborate with team
• Oversee policies, procedures, and operating guidelines for the program
• Manage personnel with a production focus and meet targets
• Develop tools for program targeting and performance reporting
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Uphold confidentiality and data integrity
• Monitor productivity and ensure high-quality service for applicants
• Identify bottlenecks and implement resolutions
