Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role focused on industrial manufacturing and critical environments. You will build trusted relationships with decision-makers, uncover new opportunities, and translate customer needs into value-based solutions that support long-term revenue growth.

You will collaborate with technical and leadership stakeholders to guide strategic market expansion across targeted markets, including industrial oven systems and production needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or technical sales in capital equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales growth.
• Strong grasp of industrial manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with thermal processing equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated industries like aerospace or medical preferred.
