Ladders is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer for electronics components to drive supplier development and manufacturing oversight in a remote role based in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, and GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage electrical commodities and supplier production strategies.
• Act as a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team through ownership and technical excellence.
• Evaluate suppliers' production capabilities and facilities for inclusion on the Approved Supplier List.
• Support Supply Chain teams in ensuring supplier adherence to quality criteria.
• Oversee new production tooling and lines at supplier sites to meet performance and quality requirements.
• Manage capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier locations.
• Drive process performance and controls reviews at supplier sites.
• Identify and implement product and process improvements to reduce costs and risks.

For our client, we are seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineering, Electronics, Intelligence Systems to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive supplier industrialization efforts for electronics components and subcategories that support complex defense systems. You will partner closely with Supply Chain and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate supplier readiness, strengthen production controls, and help ensure quality, capacity, and ramp-up objectives are met. The position is highly technical and combines supplier development, manufacturing oversight, and continuous improvement across external production sites. Success in this role will directly support reliable delivery, cost reduction, and risk mitigation within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $146,000 – $194,000 annually
