Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Electrical Engineer to join a globally distributed team from a home office. You will design, develop, and validate electrical components and systems for cutting-edge products, collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones to move projects from concept to production.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits, embedded systems, and proficient use of EDA tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Proven experience with electrical design portfolios.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and embedded systems.
• Experience with SPICE simulations and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Select components and perform analysis and testing for reliability.
• Coordinate with firmware and mechanical teams for integration.
• Develop test plans for validation and verification of designs.
• Document designs and project progress for remote teams.
• Troubleshoot issues during prototyping and production.
