Job summary

Rrc-Power-and-Energ is seeking a qualified Electrical Power Systems Engineer to perform advanced power system studies and develop protection schemes for renewable energy projects. The role requires PE licensure and hands-on use of PSSE/ETAP/SKM/ASPEN.

You will interface with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver reliable grid solutions. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, reviewing equipment drawings, and staying current with IEEE/NERC standards and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering, or related field.
• PE license is required.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, or power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies using PSSE, ETAP, ASPEN, or SKM.
• Develop relay protection schemes and ensure NERC/IEEE compliance.
• Provide guidance on grid interconnection studies for renewables.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations of study results.
