Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd in the United States seeks an Electrical Engineer III to design and review AC/DC systems for utility-scale renewables (wind, solar, storage). You’ll handle conceptual and detailed designs and support operations during construction and start-up.

Responsibilities include load flow analyses, transformer sizing, equipment specs, and collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients. PE required; Master’s preferred. Travel 5–15% and bonus eligibility offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in power generation with EPC experience.
• Willingness to travel 5–15%.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of Power Systems Analysis, load flow, short-circuit modeling.
• Proficiency in technical writing and cross-disciplinary communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and review AC/DC systems for utility-scale renewables.
• Perform Load Flow and Short Circuit analyses.
• Size transformers and specify equipment.
• Prepare specs and procurement documents.
• Coordinate with design teams and clients.
