Job summary

HKA Enterprises is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a remote role focused on data center and mission-critical facilities. You will design complex power systems, review packages, and help deliver construction documents, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead a team of Electrical Engineers, mentor staff, and help manage quality, scope, budget, and schedule across fast-paced projects including Data Center and AI Factory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 6+ years in design of medium/low-voltage distribution and campus power systems.
• PE license required.
• Experience with industrial facility design and data center projects.
• Proficiency with Revit or BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Design medium and low-voltage distribution systems and campus power distribution.
• Engineer facility power distribution including UPS and emergency systems.
• Support Data Center, AI Factory and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients for construction on site.
• Help manage quality, scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers.
