Atlas Connections is seeking a Director / Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for mission-critical data centers. This role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, overseeing design deliverables and supporting construction.

The ideal candidate brings extensive electrical engineering experience, strong knowledge of power distribution, and proficiency with relevant software tools. Qualifications

• Active PE preferred; candidates pursuing licensure also considered.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience with data center design preferred.
• Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a discipline lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for mission-critical data center projects.
• Produce and review single-line diagrams, specifications, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with multiple teams across the project lifecycle.
