You will drive design reviews, prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project teams, mentor early‑career engineers, and support

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of industrial electrical design experience.
• Experience with NEC/UL and derating criteria.
• Capability to travel up to 20% within the USA.

• Lead electrical design and validation for major subsystems and product areas.
• Translate system requirements into robust electrical designs.
• Own schematics, drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOMs.
• Drive design reviews, prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project teams.
• Mentor early-career engineers and reinforce electrical design standards.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and execution.
• Stay current with power systems, microgrids, renewables, and power conversion.
