Qualifications

• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Sound understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the model.

Skills

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks
