Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is expanding and seeks a Building Information Modeling Technician to support our construction teams. This role can be fully remote or based at our Lexington, KY HQ or Greenville, SC office.

The Technician will create and maintain detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and assist with project planning. Ideal candidates should be proficient in BIM software and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Understanding of building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Identify and resolve spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generate drawings and visualizations to support construction planning.
