Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking an Operations Manager for our Electrical BIM Studio to sit at the center of delivery, performance, and innovation.

You will lead cross-functional teams across the US, Philippines, India, and Poland to design workflows, standardize processes, and drive measurable client value through better BIM outputs.

This remote role requires US work authorization and offers competitive compensation with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical subcontractor teams on construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and direct reports.
• Knowledge of lean, Agile, Six Sigma and process improvement.
• Understanding of drawing production standards and VDC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and delivery speed.
• Standardize processes for consistent BIM outputs.
• Partner with technical leaders to align tools and delivery methods.
• Translate BIM deliverables into measurable client value (cost, safety, coordination).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across global teams.
