Job summary

The Learning Network (TLN) is seeking experienced eLearning Developers on an open, contract basis. This independent contractor role focuses on transforming approved designs into engaging, accessible learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools.

You will work remotely, typically ~15 hours per week per project, and collaborate with instructional designers to deliver SCORM/xAPI compliant courses on diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience building eLearning courses from approved designs.
• Ability to translate scripts and storyboards into functional learning products.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployments, and accessibility standards WCAG.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning experiences using approved designs and assets.
• Publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM/xAPI compliant courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and teams to meet timelines.
• Create interactive activities, simulations, and multimedia assets.
• Stay current on authoring tools and eLearning technologies.
