Job summary

CollegeSpring is seeking a Digital Curriculum Manager of ELAR to lead vision, design, and execution of high-quality digital ELAR curriculum. You will guide a team of staff and contractors, ensuring equity, usability, and research-driven content across assessments and college readiness standards.

You will partner with Marketing, Data, and Leadership to translate priorities into actionable content decisions, while maintaining accessibility and pedagogy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of ELAR curriculum development experience.
• 2+ years ELAR instructional experience (grades 6–12).
• Familiarity with standardized assessments and test-prep curricula.
• Demonstrated success managing curriculum portfolios and leading cross-functional projects.
• Deep knowledge of ELAR pedagogy, standards, and assessment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELAR curriculum strategy and development aligned to college readiness assessments.
• Shape and execute the ELAR-specific product roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end ELAR content development, including lessons, assessments, and teacher guides.
• Develop scope and sequences supporting instruction across levels and contexts.
• Lead QA, standards alignment, and feedback-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner success stakeholders.
