Qualifications

• 5+ years of classroom teaching in grades 3-6 ELA.
• Experience on an edtech or digital content product team.
• Strong instructional design background for digital and interactive learning.
• Deep understanding of literacy development and the science of reading.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define pedagogy, write lessons and practice exercises, and craft assessments for grades 3-6 ELA.
• Sequence lessons to align with cognitive development and learning progressions.
• Anticipate common mistakes and build corrective pathways.
• Apply learning science and instructional design principles to content.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, and product teams to translate instructional intent into scalable digital experiences.
