Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) for a remote role within the Power & Energy PMO. The position supports cradle-to-grave management of high‑voltage transmission EPC projects, from development through energization and closeout, across multiple U.S.

locations including Portland, OR. You will provide high‑level technical leadership, oversee financials, schedules, risk, and client satisfaction, and liaise with clients and internal leadership to deliver projects

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
3+ years of EHV transmission level voltage project experience (115kV up to 500kV).
Cradle to grave EPC project management experience for transmission level voltage.
Advanced proficiency with project delivery processes and various delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work across levels.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with management and disciplines to support cost and schedule objectives.
Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and leaders; mitigate issues.
Be the face of WSP for the client with strong relationship management.
Ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety policies.
Develop new processes to standardize procedures as needed.
