The incumbent will guide EHS strategy, manage audits, and champion safety initiatives, while collaborating with leadership and GE corporate EHS staff to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Environmental Science or Occupational Safety or 8+ years manufacturing experience.
• 5–7 years EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
• Experience working with DEQ, OSHA, and other governmental bodies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and GE best practices.
• Provide strategic leadership to meet EHS goals and objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement of EHS performance and audits.
• Coordinate training and maintain EHS records; lead safety team.
