Job summary

Cority is seeking a Project Implementation Consultant to lead client-focused deployment of our EHS+ platform. The role emphasizes configuring Cority, training customers, and ensuring successful go-live while coordinating with engineering, product and support teams.

You will work primarily remotely with periodic travel, maintain detailed timesheets, and collaborate closely with Project Management to meet milestones and deliver value to complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in, ideally with REM or EI designation.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project implementations, configuring the Cority application, training clients, testing and note-taking.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team.
• Interact with and support Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering and Product teams.
• Establish with the client team and Cority PM a plan for managing the project, including interventions where milestones are delayed.
• Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected; update timesheets daily and submit weekly.
