Job summary

Cority is seeking a Project Implementation Consultant to liaise with clients, lead configurations, train users, and test deployments for our EHS+ platform. The role emphasizes remote work with travel, delivering projects on time and maintaining timesheets.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants, and work with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

  • University degree in IT, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, with REM/EI designation
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

  • Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
  • Lead and support project implementations including configuring the application, training clients, testing and note taking.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team.
  • Interact with and support other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).
  • Establish a plan with client team and Cority PM for project implementation timelines.
  • Work predominantly remotely with some travel.
  • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit weekly for approval.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
  • Act as a liaison between Cority and clients in all assigned projects and initiatives. Lead and support project implementations following pre-defined implementation methodology, which includes configuring the application, training clients, testing, and note taking.
  • Work closely with the Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team.
  • Interact with and support other departments (including, but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).
  • Establish, with the client team and Cority Project Manager, a plan for management of the project implementation including intervention where timeline milestones are being delayed or missed.
  • Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
  • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets for approval at the end of each week.
Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:
  • Working in isolation or as part of a team, you understand the connections between the EHSQ suites in Cority and can demonstrate your knowledge effectively to clients.
  • You have a keen understanding of how and why clients would use Cority software. You have a strong commitment to service excellence and stay up to date on new features.
  • You instill confidence in clients and build meaningful trust relationships both internally and externally.
  • You demonstrate project budget awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism, and you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A graduate of a university program in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related program with equivalent work experience.
  • Between 1-3 years’ experience in, ideally with professional designation of (REM, EI), subject matter area of this role.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
