Job summary

Cority seeks a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead global implementations of our EHS and Quality software. You will own end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets in a client-facing role.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with PM experience; PMP is a plus. Travel up to 5%. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is expected. This is a path to advancing in a fast-growing, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP designation will be given special consideration.
• Experience with EHSQ or related fields preferred.
• Experience with creation of Statements of Work and related effort/cost preferred.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee all phases per Cority Implementation Methodology.
• Ensure delivery of all defined deliverables within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Forecast effort, duration, and costs with clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Developers, Client Resources).
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and drive project progress.
