Qualifications

• Strong SQL querying skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content and documentation for EHR software.
• Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training sessions.
• Create user guides, videos, and in-app guides using single-source tools where feasible.
• Provide post-training support and coordinate with IT and application teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain training records and generate effectiveness reports.
• Align training with HIPAA and security standards; educate users on privacy practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
