Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong SQL querying skills for data validation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and user guides for healthcare software.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions on navigation and features.
• Provide post-training support and coordinate with IT teams.
• Validate data and assist during deployments and hypercare using SQL.
• Maintain training records and generate effectiveness reports.
• Ensure training aligns with HIPAA and security standards.
