Job summary

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Deployment and Implementation Operations Lead (Remote) to oversee enterprise-wide EHR deployment projects in a federal healthcare setting. You will coordinate implementation, deployment, readiness plans and go-live activities across multiple sites.

The role requires senior leadership, strong PM skills, and deep knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare IT and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years Federal Government experience.
• 7-10+ years implementing Health IT solutions including Oracle Millennium EHR.
• Data Analytics & Reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate the Oracle Millennium EHR across multiple sites.
• Lead deployment teams and govern enterprise-wide deployments.
• Oversee Implementation, Deployment, Cohort Evaluation and Readiness Plan.
• Coordinate Go-Live and Onsite Incident Command.
