Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-wide deployments across its national health system. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations and partner closely with clinical and executive leadership.

This position requires frequent travel (up to 50–75%) to hospital sites across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Epic implementation and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of applicable work experience required.
• Minimum five years of experience with electronic medical records required.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
