Children's Hope Alliance is seeking an EHR Training & Systems Specialist who thrives where technology and training meet, helping employees learn, use our EHR, and improve workflows to support children, families, and communities.

You’ll deliver training, create resources, and work with clinical and operational teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity using SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• 2–3 years supporting EHR systems and healthcare operations.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and EHR reporting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging EHR training and onboarding for staff.
• Create training materials, job aids, videos, and resources.
• Partner with clinical/operational teams to improve workflows.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of EHR enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and data resources to support data integrity.
• Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Translate business needs into practical tech solutions.
