Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center is seeking an Informatics and Analytics Coordinator for a remote role with occasional travel to training and business needs. You will support the Strategic Management department, administer the EMR system (Sigmund Software/Aura), and prepare recurring data reports for management and regulatory bodies.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, EMR experience, and knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with electronic medical record software products.
• Experience with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains service desk and informatics tickets for EMR users.
• Monitors EMR vendor response times and coordinates user groups.
• Prepares data definitions, data integrity issues, and policy changes.
• Provides staff trainings on EMR workflows and generates recurring reports.
• Produces graphs on market, census, financial and other data for regular reporting.
• Supports grant applications with data and regulatory reporting.
