Job summary

Pavion is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) to lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's EH&S programs across operations. The role partners with executive leadership, field teams, and service units to embed a proactive safety culture.

You will establish policies, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage risk, and drive measurable improvements in workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related safety/environmental field.
• 8+ years in Environmental Health and Safety with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience developing EH&S programs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• EH&S strategy and leadership: develop company-wide EH&S strategy and KPI framework.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, manage safety documentation and audits.
• Field and project safety: establish safety standards for field teams and subcontractors.
• Training and safety culture: design company-wide EH&S training and promote safe practices.
• Incident management: lead investigations and drive corrective actions to reduce injuries.
