Job summary

This executive will partner with executives and operations to embed safety into planning and projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental rules while driving measurable safety improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in EH&S leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience in construction or technical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety/environmental field.
• 8+ years progressive EH&S experience including leadership.
• Experience developing safety programmes across locations/fields.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or related technical environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive EH&S strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish standardized safety policies and programmes across regions.
• Lead to build a proactive safety culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with executives and operations to integrate safety into planning and project execution.
• Establish measurable EH&S objectives, KPIs, and reporting processes.
• Communicate safety performance and regulatory updates to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline
